Incorporate internal thermistor of G2 TriOS RAMSES

Unlike first generation RAMSES, G2 has an internal thermistor that should be used in the thermal correction and uncertainty budget, as with SeaBird HyperOCRs.

@tjor, I do not see a temperature field in experimental So-Rad HyperCP files (possibly not G2). How will So-Rad capture and report these? Recommend propagating to radiometer SPECTEMP groups at L1A.

Can get thermistor from G2, but it does not know which it is, so only the Es-Only code uses the internal thermistor.
