scverse ecosystem-package and ADI/SpatialData conversion

@jimmymathews Now that we are close to the paper submission, let's revisit this and start the discussion with the scverse folks for contributing SPT as the scverse ecosystem package.

One of the requirements is a github-actions test suite, so I am currently working on our test suite to divide it into a pre-release portion meant for rigorous integration testing of production images, and fast unit tests for the python package runnable on many environments and without docker.
