Fixed first column?

Hi! It would be awesome if you could fix the first column. So that when you scroll the table horizontally, the row labels always stay on screen.

Ah good suggestion! I guess it would make sense to enable the first column to be sticky too. It would probably be needed to add two options regarding the two sticky headers also so that row/column sticky header can be combined as wanted by the user.

That's okay. I think this feature definitely would improve this plugin. I can't see a reason why we wouldn't implement this. However, my time is pretty limited right now so unless @nadangergeo implements this, I would say it will be implemented in around a month.

I've created a pull request that adds support for sticky left table header. You may need to add some modifications for your own need but I think it works well overall (haven't tested this thoroughly).
