Server running but can't find in Quake

servers started without error, but couldn't find server in quake
any other way to see the status for the server?

Hello, what do you mean by "Couldn't find server in Quake"? Is it in the serverbrowser you're looking and it's not showing up?

Can you connect to the server by typing connect localhost:28501 in the console?

Hi, I couldn't find the server in the serverbrowser, also I can't connect directly via IP (server is installed in different computer)
Running Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
I do not have any firewall enabled.
I don't see nquake or QW related items in ps aux
Where can I find more details to troubleshoot?
