Installer is Broken

The Windows nQuake and Server Installer from nquake.com is broken. It'll download fine, but during installation it fails 100% of the time now stating ""Error downloading sv-bin-win32.zip: SendRequest Error""

I think this is because of the Dec 2021 move is my guess.

It doesn't matter if you set it to a repo or git, it fails every time.

I was able to reproduce this. But not every time. Most of the time the installers work for me. But every now and again it wouldn't download a ZIP file from the distribution. For me it was a different file tho.

I'll be looking into solutions for this. In the meantime, could you try re-running the installers a couple of times to see if it eventually works?
