Not sure if this is even possible with extensions, but it would be nice to see the total number of fails as a badge in the MxLint tab's title, like what happens when there are errors:

Reasoning behind this is that developers are constantly switching between the different tabs they have opened, dragging and dropping widgets on pages, configuring their microflow properties, debugging, etc. The MxLint tab is just another tab that is open, and is just another thing to keep track of. However, if the number of linting errors is visible as an angry red badge, notifying the dev that something should be taken care of, like with the Errors tab, it might lead to more immediate action resolving those issues.
