Would be nice to have an option to automatically add songs over X plays and under Y plays (type number in a box) to a playlist of our choosing. Would be an option for 🆔 only considering it would be using lastfm counts for play verification.

That sounds doable, but remember that last.fm tends to often be wrong about which tracks actually have 0 plays (and more generally, tends to just be off due to issues with song tagging)... It is probably worth discussing what impact this lack of accuracy would have on the potential usefulness of your proposed feature.
