IOS Folder doesn't exist #84

Description

In some cases setup doesn't work because the ios folder doesn't exist.

Until we get some code pushed to fix this a workaround was found.

In the setup.ts use:

diff --git a/src/cli/setup.ts b/src/cli/setup.ts
index 126b3a7..f372130 100755
--- a/src/cli/setup.ts
+++ b/src/cli/setup.ts
@@ -19,6 +19,7 @@ async function main() {
     await tryExec("npx react-native link react-native-webview")

     console.log("3. Installing native dependencies")
+    execSync("mkdir -p ios && touch Podfile")
     execSync("cd ios && pod install")

     console.log("\nDone, you're now ready to use the MX Widget SDK in your application")

And the Podfile content should include:
