zip file with overlapped components

When extracting androidqf aquisitions I sometimes see:

error: invalid zip file with overlapped components (possible zip bomb)
 To unzip the file anyway, rerun the command with UNZIP_DISABLE_ZIPBOMB_DETECTION=TRUE environmnent variable

However I just also saw this when a zip was manually created from an aquisition folder

we should investigate if the python library used by mvt has a similar issue and if we miss files after unzipping because of it. If the python unzip library does not have this issue then we are fine.
