category link in quotes have to go to the category entry

As a user, when I click on the category in a quote, I expect the category entry to open

However, a list of all quotes assigned to this category is actually opened. If I want to go to the category, I have to search for the name manually.

The list of quotes for this category is still available in the category detail view.

This is a good first issue, the change should be simple, little work is to adopt the tests.
