header for e.g. single quotes search shows as HTML numeric

Searching all quotes from homepage for apostroph ' returns with header something like: 27 quotations with "'".
¿Better? to have:

• ' – apostroph (')
• " – double quote (")
• . – single dot (.)

anything else?

in TDD write test first
