Graphical regression for tags/categories

I recently found a visual regression on the app. I use version 0.0.84 and tested on multiple NC server versions. All show the problem.

For simplicity, I simply shows screencast here:

You see that the modals are somewhat offset to the bottom. This is not logical to my visual interpretation.
