Client's connection refused by msw when server is not

Environment check

• I'm using the latest msw version
• I'm using Node.js version 18 or higher

Browsers

Chromium (Chrome, Brave, etc.)

Reproduction steps

1. bun dev
2. Just load http://localhost:3000/
3. The display in the page of client shows nothing

Current behavior

It only shows Server's response

Expected behavior

They both Server and Client shows its result

Bun doesn't officially support MSW at the moment. Can you please try your use case in Node.js and let me know if the issue is still there? If it is, I will look into it. Thanks.

Well, I tried it with pnpm (pnpm run dev), but it still doesn't work.

I believe your Next.js setup is incorrect. Please use this mswjs/examples#101 as a reference. It provides guidance how to set it up to work both client and server-side. There is some suboptimal experience when it comes to client-side HMR, but nothing we can address on our end.
