I'm sorry, I am not clear on what the problem is, you will need to be more specific.

Try the new version (3.0.8.beta). There may be some odd incompatibilities with certain versions of PyQt6, pyinstaller, and different MacOS releases that I'm still working out.

The software can be slow to open, so make sure to give it a little bit of time to confirm that it's not just working in the background; unfortunately I cannot provide a splash screen for the Mac version at this time to show that progress is happening.

Ok, I want to try something else. Download a test version from https://www.metawinsoft.com/MetaWin_mac_test.zip. This contains the "non app" version of the program. Extract the file inside the zip file, then run it from a terminal by typing ./MetaWin in the folder where you extracted it to. Let me know what messages it produces.

It will almost certainly produce an error about PYIBoot_SPLASH but this is expected and should not prevent it from running as it still works fine on the Silicon-based Mac I'm building it on.

I don't understand what you mean by "no response". It literally does nothing? The software runs in Monterey on a silicon chip. I know this because that is one of my test systems. This sound like maybe you are blocking the execution due to a security setting.

I can see Metawin in the background process, but the software page is not visible, so I cannot load my data or other operation
