Decouple email from gravatar

Allow the use of a separate email address just for the Gravatar. For example, in the rdlist.yaml:

First: Scott
Email: foo@bar.com

Gravatar: carygrant@foo.com

If the Gravatar filed is set, use that, otherwise use Email.

So I could then set up a second email, give it a gravatar of my head shot, and then the right head shot would be used? Wouldn't it be easier to let us override the head shot? If you included a URL to some public pic (smart people would use one on their own website that isn't going anywere), use that, otherwise use the Gravatar of your email address? Or does Gravatar provide handy scaling and whatnot that a simple URL cannot?

Think of the GravatarEmail: field as being a pointer (that gets pre-hashed per Gravatar API) that returns a quick and handy JPG URL for the site.

Let me work up a spike/sample and show you later. It'll make more sense with a demo I think.

I'm not proposing that you setup a brand new email just for a headshot.
