[Feature Request] Changes in custom fields must also apply to existing test cases

At the moment changes in custom fields will only apply for test cases that will be created afterwards (newly created test cases). This feature is really needed - otherwise custom fields are not maintainable.

This feature request is part of a list of feature requests we analyzed for our own usage. This is priority 5 of 10 of our feature requests.
