An Apex error occurred: System.DmlException: Insert failed. First exception on row 0; first error: FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, Custom Setting Name too long.: Name: [Name]

Receiving the error in title. I've seen others here in the issue log but I don't seem to see a solution. I also noticed that my error does not actually display any name that is too long. It is blank where others show text. Hoping someone can help!
