RR Assignment is getting reversed

No recent changes on Flows and Public Groups - the RR assignment via Flows when an Opportunity is created suddenly stopped working about 13 hours ago. Have been troubleshooting the flows but no luck. Anyone having the issue? When I looked into the Opportunity field history for ownership change, being logged as below screenshot:

Like the RR ran but was reversed at the same time.

@mhmh-sfa I'd recommend building your own round robin logic using flows and custom objects. This tool doesn't look like it's been updated since June 8th, 2020, and it would be an opportunity to reduce your dependency on third-party code.
