Some Phones need an additional permission: “Display pop-up windows while running in the background”

On some Xiaomi and MIUI-based phones, background activities are blocked unless the user manually grants the app the permission

• Either we add another permission request in the Settings fragment,
• Or, detect the manufacturer and guide the user to grant the permission manullay.
