Problem in reading model file in mrgsolve using mread function

Hi,
I am trying to use the mrgsolve for PK simulations.
3 months back I was able to successfully run the PK/PD simulations using the mrgsolve.
But today when I am trying to read the model file using "mread" function, I am getting following error. Could you please help me trouble shooting this problem.

Hi @RajuKadam -

status 127 means that R cannot find the compilers required to build the model. If I were you, I would go back and install Rtools again, making sure that the PATH environment variable is set properly.

I'm not sure if your computer has a lot of permissions revoked or not. But you might try
the installr package (https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/mrgsolve/wiki/compilers-and-mrgsolve#installr-package)

It might not work on a corporate computer that is really locked down. Otherwise, you can follow some advice provided here:
https://github.com/metrumresearchgroup/mrgsolve/wiki/compilers-and-mrgsolve#installing-the-rtools-toolchain

or give the instructions that stan provides:
https://github.com/stan-dev/rstan/wiki/Install-Rtools-for-Windows
