I see that the ffmpeg is not the standard from Debian. Could you compile it with --enable-gnutls because this way it would possible to use mpv with youtube-dl and watch YouTube 4K 60fps accelerated with Send to MPV extension. Acceleration simply does not work in browsers. Even though Chrome reports acceleration as Hardware, it is dropping frames quite a lot. I use the same on my x86 PC for smooth video without huge CPU load.
