document.write calls are not supported in HTML fragments

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Attempt to use any sort of ad tag that uses document.write
2. Note how the document has been replaced with a one that is always in readyState=="loading"
3. Attempt to use any MRAID APIs from the inner document

See attached patch on safar/mraidview.js for a fix. Was applied against the current version on webtester.mraid.org

Ryan,

We really like the approach behind this patch. Unfortunately, one of the upcoming IAB certification ads that works before the patch, fails after applying it. Maybe you can find out why?
