Show hints in a secondary window

What is the reason for this feature?
When a new user uses the tool they may not be aware of what their next steps should be.
Even if they have an idea of the workflow they may do configurations that are not recommended.

Describe the solution you'd like
A secondary window should show hints about next actions or possible issues:

• error: missing connection to logger
• warn: unusual logger settings for motion capture
  • active preset when in avatar wizard
  • many triggers when recording an avatar
  • no/multiple recording users
• info: offer recording when no data exists
• info: offer playback/export when not recording and data exists
