Action to ensure names of source/probe/playback match

What is the reason for this feature?
#45 allows one to check if linking into a given hierarchy would work but it would be better if a user can enforce proper names to make it more likely.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be actions that rename:

• (source slots based on the probe name)
• probe names based on the source slot (same naming scheme as applied by default)
• playback slot names based on the probe name
• probe name based on playback slot's name (may be necessary when recording for existing target)
  (Actions in brackets are not relevant for a normal workflow and may be ignored/not implemented.)
