We will create a button in Popcorn to add media from the Spin Time TV archive, using Hyperaudio.

This will be accomplished through:

1. a modal view that opens an iframe of the streamlined Hyperaudio pad, similar to the one used by Al Jazeera
2. a library of time-aligned debates and CSPAN video, manually curated here: http://videogrep.com/allvideos/
3. a button that parses the edited transcript into Popcorn sequence JSON
