Add subscribe-by-email feature

• Look for existing WordPress plugin, preferably one already used by Mozilla blogs
• Add GA _trackEvent for subscribe link/button
• Generate URL tracking parameters for the email notifications

Looks like there are a bunch of options at https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=subscribe ... @craigcook - do you know if any of those are pre-approved by Mozilla IT / WebSecurity?
