[FR] Add qe-verify flag tag on recently closed bugs under "My Bugs' #317

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have an ongoing process experiment to ensure developers are adding the qe-verify flag to their bugs. Since the team uses bugzy as a source of truth - it might be easier to see this flag (or rather the missing flag) on bugzy. This could potentially be shown under 'my bugs' for 'Recently Closed' or a seperate view?

See ```qe-verify flag on bugs/landed bugs in bugzy under "My bugs" "Recently Closed".
Describe alternatives you've considered
Looking at Bugzilla instead but this should be a relatively straightforward lift.
