Windows Firewall Module several security issues

Currently, the windows_firewall module (based on 'webalex-windows_firewall') has 4 dependabot bugs. This issue is to track whether bumping webalex-windows_firewall to the latest version or migrating puppet manifest to a more popular module windows_firewall would suffice.
