Landing page for maps

Currently just clicks straight through to bundled deck.gl code, but should have an intermediate page describing the maps, and enabling click-throughs to particular cities.

Also try to remove the bunlded .js libs, and call them instead direct from index.html.

Maps landing page is done for now, I just copy-paste-adjusted the main index.html.

I'll have a look at the bundled .js libs soon.

BTW, I exchanged the background image with a lower resolution version and hope this is better now.

That's great!!! We should probably keep this issue open until we really work out how the maps will actually be served, and then work out how to integrate that with hugo. Hopefully @layik will have lots of ideas

And just while I think of it, maybe "Interactive Moveability" instead of "Moveability Visualised" simply because of a better transition from front page with "Urban Moveability" Having "Moveability" last on both pages leaves that word in place, which is especially cool /important on mobile devices.

My thoughts here: Use geoplumber to serve all data and then use special links that center the geoplumber map on the specific city and only load data from that city.
