[Bug] `logger.catch`'s `reraise` field dosn't work

Describe the Bug

logger.catch's reraise field dosn't work!

Expected Behavior

from errortools.logging import logger
with logger.catch(message="Failed to parse numeric input"):
    int("invalid-number-test")

Actual Behavior

2026-06-11 10:05:16.822 | ✘ ERROR    | base:__exit__:392 - Failed to parse numeric input
Traceback (most recent call last):

    int("invalid-number-test")

ValueError: invalid literal for int() with base 10: 'invalid-number-test'
