Feature: Jira integration

Not sure if I want to implement this feature yet.

Enter a Jira ticket and "points"-field.
When votes are in, select a winning point and have it save to the ticket.

Technical problems: should the server be connected to Jira or a user and let it flow through that person?

Changes needed:

• Jira connection
• Click on point after votes are all in to select
• Update field in ticket
• If there is content in the field, ask for confirm
• Reset ticket after setting value

Thinking about this use case, I've implemented the story history feature. Which should make it easier to manage the system which records the chosen points.
