<br>
At the NCSG I was responsible for improving the
Maryland Statewide Transportation Model (<a href="research.html#mstm">MSTM</a>), specifically the implementation
of an auto-ownership model, a synthetic population generator
and a microscopic module to cover trip generation. <br>
<br>
Another major project was the implementation
of the land use model <a href="research.html#silo">SILO</a>
for Maryland. The model was redesigned to cover
location choice at the statewide level. At the same
time, SILO was integrated with the travel demand
model <a href="research.html#mstm">MSTM</a> to
calculate accessibilities, a major driver for
household relocation decisions.<br>
<br>
In 2014 and 2015, I co-tought a
class on Research Design for PhD students.<br>
