Cannot install or create a Fabric instance of 1.21.6-1.21.8

Describe the bug

I'm trying to create a Fabric modpack in either 1.21.6 or 1.21.8 but whenever I try to create or install an instance it gives me this message:

Serialization error (JSON): expected value at line 1 column 1

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the "+" button to create a new instance
2. Select the "Fabric" loader
3. Select the "1.21.6" Game Version
4. Enter a name for the modpack
5. Select "+ Create"
