Editing then Saving PAT's after creating a new token changes the other tokens.

Describe the bug

Creating a new token has the token visible to copy, If you edit an existing or new token while that is still visible then hit save.

The new token is either renamed to the existing token you saved, or all the other tokens are renamed to the new token.

This copies the scopes, and the expiration date as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new token.
2. Do not leave the page by going to another page.
3. Edit the new token, then hit save.
4. The existing tokens are renamed to the new token, along with the scopes and expiration date.

Expected behavior

Only the token you edit should change.
