Ford Fusion Underperformance Assessment — Evaluation Tracking Issue

This issue tracks the data-driven evaluation of the Ford Fusion product line for the Detroit dealership.

Evaluation Criteria & Findings

  1. Average Service Rating: Assess whether the Fusion's average service rating falls below 3.0
  2. Complaint Ratio: Assess whether complaints constitute at least 30% of feedback records
  3. Follow-up Resolution: Assess whether unresolved follow-ups outnumber resolved cases
  4. Transaction Revenue: Total revenue from Fusion feedback records
  5. Car and Driver Rating & Discontinued Status: External editorial rating and production status
  6. Detroit Weather Context: Current weather conditions for operational context
  7. Repository Health: PR Port over Slack server #1 status and most recent commit author for inventory management tooling

This issue will remain open until the full evaluation report is delivered and reviewed.
