SDK add problem

I have use 4.3.2 SDK in Android application.But I can't implement

interstitial.setListener(listener);
interstitial.setInventoryHash("f53bbe77796376be20c651dd84911e45");
interstitial.load();
This code line.Please help fix this problem now
