feat() Improvements on query_links and query_packages

 - `query_links`: Fixed wrong case on `byesLoaded` and added missing parameters `addedDate`, `finishedDate`, `jobUUIDs`, `password`.
 - `query_packages`: Added missing parameter `packageUUIDs`.
