Provide SMTP AUTH password by file

There should be a way to pass a file path to provide the SMTP AUTH password.
If we put the plain text password into the command line parameter, it might be visible in ps aux output which is a security risk.
So there should not only be --password but also something like --passfile /home/user/.emailpasswd.
