Steps to setup Azure OpenAI:

  1. Search OpenAI in Azure Search bar

2. Click the "+ Create" button OR the blue "Create Azure OpenAI" button.

3. Fill out the Azure OpenAI Instance and network Information.

4. Click the Create button
