[Bug] Sometimes `calab.tune` opens the page as view-source?

Description

I'm actually not sure how this happens, i didn't know there was a mechanism to do this in the browser -

i launch tune like tune(traces) and sometimes, but not all the time, I get taken to the source view of the HTML page?

I have tried opening and closing tabs and my browser windows and restarting the python session and i can't tell what triggers it - sometimes i'll get hit with a run of 5-10 times in a row where it will take me to view source, and then it will work normally for another 10 times

Steps to Reproduce

Literally just tune(traces) i don't think i have anything nonstandard

This is weird. Will try to track this down... haven't seen the issue myself yet.

I think it may have something to do with not urlencoding the query param? Noticing now in that screenshot the port is missing
