Make a Gradle plugin

It should do these things:

1. Adjust the executable of JavaExec tasks to be nodejvm instead of java
2. Add the nodejs interop JAR as a dependency
3. Change the startup scripts the application plugin generates, to inline the nodejvm script itself so that's no longer necessary.
