Crash when loading 3D model upload window.

SEToolbox Version: 1.191.20.1
SE Version: 1.191.105

SEToolbox crashed

when load 3d model window opened, window was blank for a few seconds, then app crashed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open SE toolbox.
2. load in map (version number is the latest SE version)
3. from the import dropdown, click 3d model.
4. new window opens but is blank, then app crashes.

windows 10 64
Norton Security Suite

steps already taken to resolve:

1. uninstalled SE Toolbox and re-installed
2. fully disabled Norton
3. tried with an unmodded current version world.
4. tried with an unmodded older version world.
