Rendered video without sound when using a video file with a local path

When I use a local path such as . /public/x.mp4, the video rendered from the command line has no sound, the same video file when I use the http path is generated normally with sound.

I should have checked for this existing ticket so there is a duplicate now. but I am having the same problem
