building yardl on MacOS (and Linux)

There are a few issues:

• environment.yml:
  • contains lots linux packages. I had to remove them.
  • conda-forge MacOS also doesn't seem to have node.js at that version, so I deleted that as well.
  • it doesn't include go, so I added that.
• Typing just gave an error with like

  mkdir .../matlab/generated/+yardl: file exists
  

• Doing just install didn't do anything. I had to do set GOPATH first (possibly because I installed go via conda in the existing environment without reactivating it.

I've now found out this is because of #274.

There are multiple issues here.

The "file exists" error is covered in #273.

The rest of this seems specific to developing Yardl outside of a devcontainer. That is currently out-of-scope for this project, but good to track. I do plan to get the MacOS build working again soon.
