Based on this comment, and the other package's website linking to the GitHub for this package, makes it appear that the developer for UNIkeEN.SJMCL has decided to start releasing the package directly, using the PackageIdentifier SJMC.SJMCL. If this is the case, then these PackageIdentifiers should probably be merged, or possibly UNIkeEN.SJMCL removed. It seems that @spectopo submitted the most recent PR for this package.
