How to resolve this issue, this occurred when running code for installing Foundry Local, error can be seen from the snapshot.

winget install Microsoft.FoundryLocal

Expected behavior

Foundry Local is installed

Actual behavior

Install failed with
0X80071130 : Fast Cache data not found
