Code crashing when closing an unsaved file

Type: Bug

Create a new file with Ctrl+N. Write anything in the file. Try closing the file before saving it. Instead of openning the window asking "Do you want to save the changes you made to <name of the file>?", the VS Code crashes and closes. It only doesn't crash when running with --ozone-platform=x11.

It started happening in version 1.107.0.
And until version 1.123, it would crash before openning any window (for example trying to open a file with Ctrl+O).

Already tried to disable all my extensions and it still doesn't work properly.

Having the same issue - any unsaved tab, trying to close it crashes the program. If you go to file save as though that works.

Even crashing when going to Help-About

So it seems to be an issue with opening a sub window (for saving, for showing version)

"sub" window!! That's the word I was looking for, thank you! Yes, exactly that. At least it doesn't happen when running with --ozone-platform=x11
