Add UV as an Environment Manager

I'm using UV to create my python venvs, I would really like to have uv as an Environment manager in python environments extension to be able to manage them.

Hi! If you have uv installed it will use it under the hood for all venv actions! So anything with creating a venv and installing packages with pip will be handled by uv. You can check. the logs in a more verbose mode to see the exact command that is being run and confirm it is using uv. I want to add a feature where the venv label in the sidebar is updated to say venv [uv] when we find and use uv. I will work on implementing that to help surface it is using uv

I will implement what I described above but wanted to clarify if this would solve your problem or if you were looking for something different in the UI as a result.

I didn't think uv was supported either. Perhaps mentioning it in the extension details page would alleviate some confusion. Especially the "Supported Actions by Environment Manager" and "Default Package Manager by Environment Manager" lists.
