Open existing issue as raw markdown file #8483
Description
When creating a new issue, I get presented a markdown file and therefor get full copilot autocomplete support.
When I want to edit an existing issue, I get it presented as rendered page, with no option to change this.
I would like to switch the view to markdown, so I can use copilot again.
