Responsible AI Service makes copilot almost useless

So many of my questions are getting filtered. In the context of creating an svg file, responses to questions like "Can a rect element have children" are getting filtered out. This is aggravating. Please fix or provide a way to disable "responsible ai service". I have no interest in that service.
